Response times
- Trial / Solo: business hours, 1–2 business days.
- Studio: business hours, same business day.
- Stripe / Twilio / Meta paperwork: we'll guide you, but approval timelines are theirs, not ours.
Status
We post incidents at the chat widget if there's a platform-wide outage. Workspace- specific issues (a webhook stuck, a DNS misconfig) we just fix and follow up.
What we can't do
- Move money on your behalf — that's your Stripe account, you log in to Stripe directly.
- Send legal advice — for ESIGN/UETA, A2P, GDPR specifics, we point at sources but can't replace counsel.
- Read your clients' card numbers — we never see them. Stripe handles cards end-to-end.
