All optional. Each is configured at Settings → Integrations.

Stripe Connect (payments)

OAuth onboarding with Stripe. After you click Connect, you go through Stripe's identity + bank-link flow on their site, then come back. You can charge cards (2.9% + 30¢) or ACH (0.8%, $5 cap). Tax collection via Stripe Tax. Cash payments are also tracked, with auto-generated PDF receipts.

Resend (email)

Outbound email runs on Resend. Default From is hello@allozacrm.com. To send from your own domain, verify it in Resend (DNS: SPF + DKIM + DMARC), then enter the address at Settings → Workspace → Sender identity.

Inbound replies come back to replies+thread-<id>@allozacrm.comvia a single MX. You don't need to set up inbound on your own domain.

Twilio (SMS)

SMS to US clients requires A2P 10DLC registration. Process is paperwork-heavy:

  1. Twilio account → customer profile.
  2. Brand registration. Sole prop: $4.50 one-time. LLC / Corp: $46 standard brand (need EIN).
  3. Campaign use case: $15 + $1.50–10/mo.
  4. Approval: 1–4 weeks (sometimes 8). The rest of the CRM works during the wait.

STOP / HELP handlers are built in. Quiet hours (9pm–8am client TZ) are enforced.

Google Calendar

OAuth → CRM sessions push to your Google Calendar (one-way for now). Handy for sharing availability via Google's standard sharing controls.

Meta / Instagram (DM)

Two paths:

  • Plan B (works today) — Settings → Messages → Manual Import. Paste a DM transcript, the AI summarizes, you click Convert to Lead.
  • Plan A (auto-import) — needs Meta App Review for instagram_manage_messages (2–4 weeks, sometimes denied). Once approved, new DMs become Leads automatically.
