Getting started
Welcome to Alloza CRM. This guide gets you from sign-up to your first booked client in about 15 minutes.
1. Create your workspace
Sign up at allozacrm.com and pick a subdomain — it becomes your login URL: your-studio.allozacrm.com. Pick something short; you can't change it later.
2. Onboarding (legal form, timezone)
First time you sign in we ask for your business's legal form (Sole Prop / LLC / Corp), timezone, and an optional default sales tax rate. This drives Stripe Connect tier and Twilio A2P 10DLC brand registration costs downstream.
3. Add your first lead
Sidebar → Leads → New lead. The pipeline is new → contacted → proposal_sent → booked with lost as a side terminal. Convert a booked lead into a client with one click; you also get a project record automatically.
4. Connect Stripe (so clients can pay you)
Settings → Integrations → Connect Stripe. This is Stripe's OAuth flow; you stay on their site through the bank-link step. Once connected, you can send invoices that get paid via card or ACH; cash receipts auto-PDF and email.
5. (Optional) Calendar, Email, SMS, Instagram
- Google Calendar — Settings → Integrations → Google. Sessions in your CRM auto-mirror.
- Email — Default sender is
hello@allozacrm.com. Set your own at Settings → Workspace → Sender identity (requires DNS records in Resend). - SMS — Requires Twilio A2P 10DLC registration (1–4 weeks). See Integrations.
- Instagram DM — Two paths: paste a transcript for AI summary (works today) or full Meta App Review for auto-import (2–4 weeks).
