Billing & plans
The two Stripe accounts
Alloza CRM uses Stripe twice, and they are separate. Don't confuse them.
- Platform Stripe — we collect your subscription ($19 Solo or $49 Studio). Manage it at Settings → Billing.
- Stripe Connect — your photographer account. Your clients pay you here; we never touch the money. Manage it at Settings → Integrations → Stripe.
Trial
Every new workspace gets 14 days of full Solo functionality, no card up front. Trial end is shown on Settings → Billing. After the trial expires the workspace stays readable but writes are gated.

How to upgrade or downgrade
Settings → Billing → click the Solo or Studio card. Stripe Checkout opens; finish there. Subscription event lands within seconds and the plan updates automatically.
To downgrade or cancel, click Manage in Stripe on the same page and use the Customer Portal.
Refunds
Cancel any time; the workspace stays active through the period you've paid for. Refunds prorated only when required by law.
